- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Usage instructions:
- 1. Make sure the switch is off position. Attach the bowl to the housing correctly. Fix the blade on the bowl shaft
- 2. Make sure the bowl is in place and stable before switching on. Lock the lid adding ingredients, than start the unit. Max capacity (when kneading dough) is 4 cups (approx.) or 500 grams of flour (Atta) with the proportion of water 50% or more / less for required consistency
- 3. The unit will auto shut off if overheated due to the safety thermal cut off. You can restart after switching off and after the motor cools down. Continuous running time should not exceed 10 minutes when kneading dough, and not exceed 15 minutes when whipping egg whites. Remove the bowl only when the unit stops running.
- Warranty is not valid if: Appliance is not used in accordance with this user manual. Defects caused by improper and reckless use. Defects caused due to reason beyond control like abnormal voltage / unstable power supply, lightning, acts of god or damage during transportation after purchase. Repairs done by unauthorized personnel. Product used other than for domestic use. Normal wear and tear and scratches / peeling of the non- stick coating is not covered under warranty.
- HOW TO PLACE THE BLADE: Make sure the switch is on off position before fixing the dough blade. Insert the blade onto the D shaped shaft in the fixing bowl. The dough blade will only perform if it is placed properly on D-shaped shaft in the fixing bowl.
- To remove the blade switch off the unit and wait for the unit to stop running. Remove the cover and then remove the blade. Depending on the type of atta and your preference you can vary the amount of water to be added to the atta. Normally atta and water is to be added in the ration 2:1
